Brief Description
Our Client is one of the Leading and longest standing American Multi National Companies in Ireland. This role represents one of the primary interfaces between this IT Giant and the software channel customers. It is a customer relationship-oriented job, but not a Call Centre. The position ensures all orders are processed with no/minimum impact to the customer. This may include order Management, contract management including a validation aspect, backlog management, Business Partner Incentives and billing. Individuals within this position have responsibility for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, taking ownership of problem resolution, coordinating cross-functional solutions and increasing customer satisfaction.
You should possess strong communication skills in dealing with customers and other Departments internally.
In some instances, Fulfillment Professionals may have responsibility for the end-to-end fulfillment process as it relates to understanding the customer's business, coordinating requirements and issue resolution, and acting as customer relationship contact.
Main Responsibilities - Perform activities related to the transaction such as supply, delivery, billing and billing query resolution, inventory, and contract status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries, and proactive problem resolution
- Understand customer expectations and support these through appropriate communications and actions
- Maintain awareness of requests and processing activities, and initiate communications regarding problems and solutions to customer and appropriate internal contact points
- Practice cross-functional teaming
- Handle customer orders and transactions and when required, pass on to appropriate fulfillment teammates
- Ensure resolution of fulfillment related problems and disputes
- Maintains an awareness of orders and returns and communicates problems/issues to customers and appropriate Departmental contact point
- Maintain awareness of customer debt/accounts receivable status and initiates appropriate collection activities
- Coordinates communication with customer and works with counterparts to resolve customer disputes and problems
