The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for significantly increasing income through focused professional fundraising and other new income generating activities.
Main Duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE required:
A background in fundraising IS A MUST
At least 3 years experience in this area IN THE REGION.
Competent IT skills.
Experience delivering presentations to different sectors and groups
Experience in researching and writing funding proposals
Experience networking and building major donor relationships
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience of direct marketing campaigns & event management
Proven ability to work autonomously, to use initiative and meet deadlines
A committed team player
Be flexible and available to work occasional evenings or weekends as necessary
A full clean driving licence and access to transport for work purposes
