Global insurance powerhouse seeks to appoint a talented, innovative and commercially savvy senior Litigator to its Dublin HQ.
Reporting directly to the board, the successful appointee will have a broad remit, managing circa 250 files (motor, household and commercial lines) from start to finish, including advocacy work which will represent fifty percent of the work load. Central to the success of the appointee will be their ability to settle claims out of court and to limit costs incurred. A strong business acumen will be the hallmark of the successful candidate.
As a senior member of the organisation hierarchy, you will have a high degree of autonomy, will be commercially astute, and will be confident and proactive in your dealings with senior management.
To be considered a strong contender for this appointment, you will have 5 years+ Insurance Defense Litigation experience, ideally within the insurance industry, as well as excellent proven advocacy skills.
This outstanding opportunity will be remunerated appropriately and in line with the importance of the roll.
