Client Information
Our client based in Central Asia is currently in the process of Large Scale developments throughout the Central Asia region. They are currently in the process of developing large Educational and Commercial projects in the region and have developed an excellent reputation throughout the region and further afield in the process.
Location: Khorog, Tajikistan
Description
• Degree/Diploma Qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering & Chartered.
• 5 – 10+ yrs experience in a Project Management role
• Resident Project Manager who will be based at Khorog, Tajikistan, and who will report to Deputy Project Director.
• Chartered Civil engineer with at least 20 years relevant experience in the design and construction of educational and residential facilities/buildings including associated civil engineering infrastructure works such as roads, services and water/sewage treatment works.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills together with good written and verbal communication skills are essential requirements.
• Previous experience of working in a CIS country together with proficiency in spoken and/or written Russian would be a distinct advantage.
• Fluent English and Overseas Experience Essential.
• The successful candidate, who will head up and manage the site supervisory team in Khorog, will be required to monitor all quality control, scheduling, costing, and safety aspects of the construction works as they are carried out on the campus at Khorog.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with professional project managers, consulting architects and consulting engineers.
