Private equity group seeks to appoint junior tax / corporate lawyer to its new European HQ in Dublin for a start at the beginning of July.
The successful appointee will report directly to the CFO and will advise on Irish tax law, corporate / M & A transactions and company secretarial issues as well giving ad hoc advices on other areas of Irish law. This is a newly created position within a dynamic and progressive organisation and will offer huge development opportunities.
To be considered a strong contender for this role, candidates must have 2 years PQE in corporate and tax gained with a leading commercial firm. In addition, candidates must have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
