Our client a leading retailer of high street ladies fashion currently
have a vacancy for an assistant manager with at least two years high street experience at deputy/supervisor level.
This is an extremely busy store ,3,000 Sq ft.with a turnover in excess of 1.4 million Euro.
You will report to the store manager and be responsible for between
40/50 staff.
• Trusts others to manage their areas of accountability.
• Understands the Key Business Goals and their contribution
towards it.
• Provides support to other team members, stores, regions and
head office departments.
• Engages the team through clear communication on store
performance , company changes and new initiatives.
