Claims Executive International German and Polish
The International Claims Executive will carry out Claims/Complaints assessment and acceptance for all Payment Protection Insurance business
Job Description Assess and process international claims
Process and decision claims over the delegation for all international business based on recommendation received from TPA Customer Service: Manage day to day customer relations with Third Party Administrators and Finance Partners
International Subscriptions: Review medical questionnaire when required and have the ability to make decisions within authority limit.
International Complaints Handling: Log all customer complaints
Review the complaint and process same within delegation authority.
Process Review & Process Improvement: Present suggestions for reviewing and updating procedures to the Claims Supervisor and implement any upgrades to procedures as they are signed off.
Education / Professional Qualifications
Education: Preferably third level Education, in administration or business school
Experience: 2 to 3 years experience in claims administration Life and Medical Underwriting, preferably in Payment Protection Insurance, with a substantial authority level.
Skills & Competencies: Claims handling competencies & Medical Underwriting
Languages: German, Polish and other European languages an advantage
