Opportunity to join a world leading multi-national facility. Working as part of a team, the incumbent is responsible for order fulfillment, performing audit control, administrative and customer service functions for the Software Distribution department in order to ensure that software is delivered to clients within agreed Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s) and is of a high quality standard. The position holder is responsible for providing effective customer service for all external and internal clients by utilising knowledge and familiarity of company products and procedures. The incumbent will work within an ISO accredited environment
3+ years in an Order Management/Customer Service coordinator role or similar, coupled with a working knowledge of ISO Quality Standards. Proficient in database administration with a solid working knowledge of access, excel and word processing
Knowledge of SAP ordering systems, an advantage
Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of Customer Surveys.
