The Successful Candidate will:
- Have 3 yrs + Claims negotiating experience from notification to settlement on all EL, PL and general liability claims.
- Be well organised, detail-conscious and capable of managing their time and workload effectively
- Be pro-active in making decisions on the next step actions, while working towards targets
- Show a high level of productivity and commitment
- Provide high quality service to our external partners
- Confident with excellent communication and negotiation skills
We are seeking candidates with a high level of enthusiasm and a proactive and positive attitude who are willing to learn. Candidates must hold the CIP qualification or sufficient experience to be grandfathered by their current organisation or be part CIP qualified with sufficient time to completion within the regulated timeframe.
