Our Client is a continuingly expanding company and is currently looking to recruit an Estate Agent / Supervisor for their Estate Agent business in the northwest of Ireland. The suitable candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years plus experience and may be responsible for managing more than one office.
As Estate Agent (Supervisor) your role and responsibilities will include:
Duties:
• To optimise revenue and profitability through excellent agent management.
• Interview clients and identify their needs.
• Identify new business opportunities where ever possible
• Co-ordinate transactions ensuring that you provide a high standard of customer care to buyers and sellers.
• Integrate into a team environment and provide support to your colleagues and branch manager.
• Ensure that company standards are met.
• Achieve sales targets as agreed with the managing director.
• Be familiar with an implement all procedures and legislation.
• Manage and motivate existing staff members
Requirement:
• At least 2-3 years experience as an estate agent.
• Previous experience in Residential and/or Commercial Estate Agency.
• IPAV qualified - Irish Property Auctioneers Valuers or equivalent.
• A desire and a belief to excel in a demanding and challenging environment
• An outgoing and persuasive personality with the ability to bring embrace ideas in the market place
Salary Up to 26K + Commission
