Our client is a busy Building Service provider looking to recruit an Manager to manage & develop its offering in the Dublin area.
The Role:
Maximising sales by driving sales & services. To ensure service operates to the highest standards in customer service. The management of staff - objectives/ reviews/ rostering/ roles/targets/coaching/developing/staff meetings/HR guidelines Control costs and where applicable minimise all controllable cost. Effective purchasing to maximising product ranges & product margins. Stock Management - Category Management, Merchandising, Purchasing. Develop & implement excellent retail standards throughout the store Experience:
3-4 years current building service management experience Customer care and team lead experience Experience in all aspects of cost control, margins and profit Experience in purchasing general goods & goods not for resale Excellent commercial and operational experience
