My Client is seeking to appoint an operations manager to be based in Northern Ireland.
Essential Criteria
Skills:
• Ability to present clear written reports and to communicate.
• Experience of the day to day management of a residential children's home
Management:
• Experience of Supervising staff
Delivery of Care:
Maintain an awareness of new and developing theories in Childcare Practice.
Safeguarding the control of drugs within the Home.
Human Resources
To maintain the required standard of appraisal, supervision and communication.
To participate in any training and development for the Company.
Finance and Business Development
To monitor the financial needs of the home and to assist in the development of Business Plans.
Regulatory
To lead and enable the staff team in the use of current childcare legislation and to provide a professional approach in all liaisons with the different authorities.
