Pensions Administrator
Venn Group's Financial Services team are currently looking to recruit a Pensions Administrator on a fixed term contract for a large financial services client. This is an immediate start and the candidate must have Defined Contribution experience.
Responsibilities:
· Completion of annual renewal of each employer's scheme
· Updating member records when data is received and uploading contributions
· Liaising with insurance company regarding risk benefits and underwriting for members
· Producing member benefit statements
· Processing all member benefits – leaving service, retirement and death benefits.
· Liaising with the scheme actuaries and consultants
· Dealing with ongoing queries from members, employers and pensioners
Requirements:
o A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in the administration of Defined Contribution schemes in a consultancy firm, broker firm, life office or in-house scheme
o Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills
o Strong computer skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (in particular Excel)
o Team player and able to participate and bring ideas to the team.
o Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
o Ability to prioritise workload and deliver on objectives
o Have a strong customer focus and a keen eye for detail
o Positive and flexible attitude
o Self-motivated and proactive
