My client are a progressive Multinational Organisation based in Cork. They are now looking to recruit Customer Service Representatives on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities include

  • Providing telephone and email support to customers
  • Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient manner
  • Responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Liaising with various departments throughout the organisation
  • Adhering to strict KPI's


    • Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Customer Service experience in a call centre environment is essential
  • Professional phone manner
  • Team player
  • Confident and outgoing manner
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities
  • Must be fluent in English
