Hays Accountancy and Finance are working in partnership with a large Multi-National organisation who have an immediate requirement for an Accounts Payable Assistant with French for a permanent role in the MIdlands area. This is an exciting opportunity within a busy and active finance team. Candidates wishing to apply should have recent experience in the following:

Job profile:
- Process accounts payable invoices in SAP
- Scan invoices and forward to relevant country controller for approval
- Vendor reconciliations and resolution of differences
- Exception items analysis and resolution
- Filing of invoices
- Payment program schedules
- Liase with 3rd party and intercompany vendors as required
- SAP enhancement testing
- Other ad hoc duties

Person profile:
- Mother tongue French
- Understand the accounts payable process
- SAP experience
