This post will initially be a 6 - 12 month contract with a view to an extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Work professional to move to the next level of their career, or for a current team lead to develop further skills.
Reporting to the Principal Social Worker and working as part of a well-structured and supportive team, you will be line manager and lead a child protection service team in the Co. Wexford region.
Previous management / supervisory experience is required
You will be part of a well structured and supportive group, leading a team of Social Workers opportunity for graduates and experienced professionals to join a well-structured team.
You will be responsible for ensuring a comprehensive quality Social Worker Service to children & families.
Interested candidates will have:
Bachelor / Masters in Social Work or equivalent NSWQB validated qualification. 3-5 years post graduate experience as a Social Worker with some supervisory / managerial experience. An excellent knowledge of Child protection legislation
