We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager with experience in Conference & Banqueting and Food and Beverage Operations for a 4* Hotel in Dublin North area. Role will include responsibility for all Food and Beverage Departments, service delivery, all departmental operational procedures, training, team leadership and development etc working from a rostered Duty Management schedule. Whatever happenes in the Hotel on your shift is your responsibility, this gives a great Management insight into all Departments including Rooms, Front Office and Conferencing. Successful applicant will also have experience in managing busy ground floor Hotel with regular Conference and Event business. The successful candidate will be responsible to the General Manager and will bring minimum 2/3 years experience in leading 4/5* Hotels.

Applicants will arrive with experience in similar Hotel with extensive facilities and a proven track record in delivering quality service. Applicants preferred with experience in the Irish Hotel Marketplace and must speak Fluent English. You must demonstrate a passion for the Hotel Business, care about your guests and colleagues and want to progress professionally in your career. Ideally Hotel would like to recruit candidate with experience in quality management systems - Optimus and Irelands Best etc..
