Richard Lynch Consulting is one of Ireland's leading Specialist recruiters working in partnership with high profile Hotels Nationwide. We are now recruiting for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for a successful 3* Hotel in Co Tipperary.

Successful applicant will have 3-4 years Sales and Marketing Management experience, managing a well managed busy Hotel with extensive facilities enjoying strong business levels and a healthy Sales mix. Applicants need previous Management experience in Hotel Sales with high profile property, demanding excellent standards from the team and working in a proven culture of service delivery, driving profits and team performance. Ideal candidate will be based in or relocate to Co Tipperary.

Candidates with good Rooms, Leisure and Conference Sales experience desirable as are candidates who have experience in larger 3* Hotels or Hotel Group with good Corporate and Leisure contacts. This is a Management role and frequent travel will be required. This is not an easy job and demands a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives on a challenge and is very results focused.

You will work closely the Hotel General Manager in managing and implementing the Sales Strategy and a key focus of your role will be developing the Conference and Event markets. Detailed Financial, yield and Rate Management experience is required. Proven experience in developing Sales and Marketing strategies, managing PR, advertising and emarketing elements are all expected of successful applicant.
