Facebook is looking for an experienced leader who can help us build and scale a high performing team. As Media Delivery Manager, you will lead a highly talented multilingual team who serve our top advertisers and partners on a daily basis. You will assume general management responsibilities while serving as a cross functional liaison; working with product, engineering, sales, business development, marketing and finance to drive Facebook’s most important strategic priorities. In this fast-paced environment, you will wear many hats, providing guidance and direction in multiple functional areas. You should be comfortable with change and passionate about general management and process improvement. This position is located in our EMEA Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of all Media Delivery Coordinators in the EMEA Region Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for all EMEA Direct/Inside Sales business Manage careers and growth for all EMEA Media Delivery Coordinators Act as the point of contact for escalation on any EMEA issues Be the voice for the Media Delivery team and liaise with Account Management and Sales Management teams across channels Set and maintain goals for entire EMEA Region Media Delivery teams Work cross functionally with Finance, Account Management and Sales teams to ensure accurate delivery and compliant finance processes Develop short, medium, and long term plans for Media Delivery in conjunction with other Media Delivery, Account Managers and Sales Managers Interface with other leaders in Online Operations to help position Media Delivery, share engineering resources and align all Online Operations groups Develop scalable operations solutions to support Facebook’s continued Direct and Inside Sales advertiser growth Scale the team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team, and provide reports as needed Execute initiatives involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development
Requirements
Experience managing in the field of online advertising sales and campaign management a strong preference Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized Creative problem-solving abilities Strong computer applications skills Deep understanding of Facebook BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance, MBA preferred Proven track record of high achievement and success 5+ years of experience including at least three years of people management Fluency in a foreign language a plus Sound strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
