Our client, a leading international funds company is looking to recruit a suitably qualified candidate with a minimum of 8 years experience in client services. There is a strong emphasis on new business take on and setting up new client accounts. Ideally you will be coming from a similar background with at least 6-8 years experience in new client account set up and procedures involved in setting up new accounts.

Your duties will include;

  • Analysing new Business & Client service requirements
  • Participating in strategic planning and change management initiatives that focus on improving our service offerings and facilitating growth in business
  • Prepare business case for new requisitions and conduct interview assessments.
  • Providing headcount and other cost estimates related to pricing for the provision of Fund Accounting & Transfer Agency services
  • Implementing processes & systems, documentation & articulating business requirements
  • Managing change & risk within an operations environment.


Requirements

  • 8+ years client services experience within funds
  • At least 2-3 years management experience
  • University Degree in Business
  • An accounting qualification would be beneficial.
