My client is a leading player is a leading player in the Irish market. They are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join their in-house team.

Role synopsis: As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing budget for a well known brand in the Irish market. You will liaise with Head Office management, Store Managers and Department Managers in planning and executing marketing activity in order to grow sales.

The Position:

  • Developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy to grow the brand Budget management and control
  • Ensure all marketing material is effectively implemented and maintained
  • Identify opportunities to develop strengths to customers
  • Driving promotional activity and new brand/product launches
  • Dealing with third party agencies
  • Getting involved in ATL and BTL marketing plans and initiatives


The Profile:

  • Be a marketing/business graduate, having worked in retail for a few years
  • Fashion retail experience essential
  • Be energetic and self motivated
  • Be organised and able to prioritise
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Have an ability to interpret financial reports and manage a budget


The Package:



  • €50-70K basic DOE
