Equipment and Process Development Supervisor
Our Client a leading healthcare company are currently looking to hire a Process & Equipment Development Supervisor to join the team as part of a exciting start-up department
Job Description:
Supervises Equipment Engineering and Process Development activities on-site. Develops and drives the implementation of strategic equipment engineering programs. Responsible for activities related to technical support and process/equipment development engineering functions for current and next generation products. Plans and implements the development of new processes. Provides technical leadership and supervision to engineers and technicians. Ensures that program objectives are determined and met, logistics are effectively coordinated and budgets are adhered to. Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations etc.).
A minimum of 6 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of equipment design, automation and qualification. Supervision experience is required - Supervision of a group of exempt employees. Experience in a GMP regulated environment is essential. Project Management experience would be a distinct advantage
