Job Purpose:
· Provide Irish law advice to the Irish funds business (regulated and unregulated funds) and oversee the provision of legal services to EMEA funds business.
· Provide Irish law advice, from a legal, regulatory and franchise perspective, in relation to all products and services provided by Irish vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the legal workflow for the EMEA Funds Business to ensure and effective and prompt delivery of legal service.
· Ensure legal documentation for the EMEA funds business is consistent with policies and regulatory requirements.
· Engage with counsel for investment funds and regulatory authorities in relation to investment fund matters.
· Manage projects, including transactional and internal restructurings on a local or cross border basis.
· Advice on corporate governance, legal and regulatory requirements in relation to products
· Provide Irish law advice on new product initiatives being offered out of Ireland and/or its branches.
Knowledge & Experience: · Have a minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience, with a minimum of three (3) years with a top tier law firm in Ireland or UK advising on funds related issues.
· Experience in other areas (corporate, banking) also an advantage.

Qualifications:
· Lawyer on the Roll of Solicitors of the Law Society of Ireland and/or England and Wales and possibly a civil law jurisdiction
