One of Irelands leading medical distribution companys has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager for its Orthopaedic team. Reporting to the Director of Orthopaedics, you will be based in the Leinster region and be responsible for a team of thirteen. Your duties will include the following:
• Identify areas for gaining significant and sustained competitive advantage.
• Continually drive growth of sales and market share in new and existing products.
• Working in conjunction with the Director of Orthopaedics you will create facilitate and develop working partnerships with clients.
• Provide clarity on goals, business objectives and opportunities.
• To champion emerging technologies and look for new opportunities in the market.
• Keep abreast of relevant emerging technology, market and product developments and prepare the market for delivery of same.

The ideal individual will have an in-depth understanding of the orthopedic market and have previous Commercial Management experience. You will be a leader with excellent people management skills and the ability to drive results. Required to present to internal and external customers alike, your strong written and verbal communication skills will be a prerequisite.
