Our Client is presently seeking dynamic team focused food retail managers with a devotion to customer service, people development and teamwork. Their stores offer vibrant produce, an upbeat atmosphere and staff who really want to help their customers.
There is currently an opportunity to join the company as a Customer services and checkout manager.
The Role:
- To ensure excellence in customer service at all times
- To take responsibility for the general management of the shop when required.
- To ensure that all sales on maximised through set and agreed targets
- To oversee and ensure the smooth running of check-out operations
- To monitor customer complaints
- To assist in the induction, training and development of staff in the store
- To ensure that the highest standards of customer care is given to all customers
- To draw up and control staff rosters
- To attend any training or development programmes as directed by store management
- Carry out all administration duties.
The Person
- Confidence to make decisions
- Managing Food within a disciplined environment
- Excellent customer service
- 2-3 years retail management experience
- Experience in managing a large fast paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills
- You will possess bags of energy and enthusiasm
Salary €32k plus excellent benefits package
