The Company:
Leading Facilities Management Company with offices in Dublin and work throughout Ireland. Providing facilities management services from soft services (security, reception) to hard services (asset maintenance, estates management as well as grounds and landscaping services), our client now wish to make the appointment of Facilities Business Development Manager.
Job Purpose:
• Responsible for the delivery of personal sales targets through profitable,
right client right terms business
• Acting as the primary representative of the Business Development
team by effective communication to current and prospective clients
• Fostering long term relationships, negotiating client contracts and increasing
new business pipeline
• Providing direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting
company strategies and service offers to prospective clients
• Encouraging innovation to develop and grow the business beyond core
activities and secure company's position as a preferred supplier
Accountabilities:
• Delivering personal in year sales targets
• Developing relationships with prospects to ensure an excellent pipeline is maintained within
their responsibilities
• Manage and update the prioritisation of prospects, including nominating targets
• Creating compelling tender documents which effectively answer client needs and deliver a
clear winning strategy for company B&I
• Project manage key accounts for organic growth and new business
.Supporting retention through active involvement in re-bid activity
.Nurture client relationships in order to stabilise & develop them for the long term.
.Develop organisational relationships based on 'partnership' approach
Requirements:
• Experience in identifying and selling IFM services
• Track record of success in a similar senior role in a multi site national 3rd party business
• Proven experience of developing profitable relationships for multi site contracts
• Broad commercial experience and business acumen and knowledge of external industry
developments
• Experienced in leading company initiatives and change management processes.
• Strong communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent client relationship management
• Experience at project management
• Recognised Industry qualification is desirable
