This role will be part of the Security and Cashier- Fraud division of the company and will responsible for mitigating risk relating to the companies cashier activities and payment services. The role holder will possess a skill for recognising very subtle patterns of fraudulent activity and communicating them to other team members and management.

Full Description

  • Responsible for investigating and resolving queries relating to companies payment solution products and services.
  • Assess risk of cashier related transactions and prevent financial loss as a result of fraudulent behavior.
  • Prevent fraudulently acquired funds from leaving the system.
  • Daily reporting on fraudulent behavior relating to payment solution activity.


Requirements

  • 1 Years experience in either an online payments or financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Background in investigations and dealing with online payments fraud.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred, (or relevant work experience).
