Floor Supervisor - Mon - Fri - €25-27k
r client, supplier to Florists, Gift Shops, Garden Centres, Interior Design & Gift Packaging Companies is currently seeking to recruit a Sales/Picker Supervisor in their business.
The Role
- You'll show exemplary levels of customer service that inspire those around you – both at collection point, in the stock room and on the phone.
- You'll constantly implement, monitor and challenge best practice methods to improve business efficiency
- You will be responsible for all inwards/outwards deliveries
- You will be responsible for all picking
- You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a large staff force
- You will be responsible for all stock levels
- Monitoring stock shrinkage, stock takes, deliveries,
- Responsible for all back-of-house space and layout
- Responsible for forward thinking on business, deliveries etc
