An opportunity for dynamic, metric minded sales and marketing executive has been created with a well established multinational with offices globally. If you have the experience to drive, coordinate and implement sales tactics across their EMEA Business base, with a focus on the Small and Medium Enterprise this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
Job Description This position will require high energy, focus, strategic decision making skills and the ability to execute sales plans and achieve results. The ability to identify gaps in the market across EMEA and implement sales and lead generation activities that will grow market share within the Small and Medium Enterprise sector.
Roles/Responsibilities Working closely with external business partners and Internal Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives on a quarterly basis. Working towards and measure against revenue targets when designing and implementing sales activities with and for the SME team Taking ownership of lead generation activities on a quarterly basis Ability to interpret metrics / sales results and determine sales opportunities across EMEA
Skills/Experience Experience in a similar sales coordinating position within the IT industry Multinational experience is welcome Full fluency in English, a second European language is welcome but not required Strong analytical skills, in particular when forecasting, analysing marketing campaign results as well as analysing metrics and data to create lead generation / marketing activities Proven experience working with MS Excel and Access or similar database interpretation and knowledge Strong networking skills, both internally and externally to drive sales and marketing initiatives and gain information Strong commercial and financial acumen
Education / Professional Qualifications - Ideally educated to a Third Level Qualification, Business / Marketing Degree
