This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop a successful career in management. My client is a well established retailer specialising in outdoor adventure equipment and accessories.
Main Duties will include:
- Manage a team of 11 sales people
- General store management and ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Motivate and lead the team
- General administration duties
- Some buying and procurement management
The ideal candidate will come from a retail management background with a minimum 4 years experience.
Salary Package: Basic circa €35k plus Bonus and excellent career path opportunities
