My client is one of Ireland's leading retailers, who are currently recruiting a Marketing Manager, this role encompasses all marketing communications as well as the launch of a new store within the group.

The Position:

  • Deliver on brand, advertising and communications strategy
  • Creating strong ATL and BTL marketing programs that drive awareness, footfall and revenue by leveraging full marketing mix
  • Working with brand partners to leverage their brand offer and activities
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and set marketing execution standards for the business
  • Develop and implement a customer engagement strategy
  • Deliver strong creative platform for all media campaigns and establish consistent 'voice' in all marketing communications
  • Management of external agencies including PR and events
  • Create specific plan to maximise online resources via online shopping, e-marketing and using social networking sites
  • Analyse shopper trends and behaviour, as well as competitor analysis
  • Control the marketing budgets, exploit all marketing mix synergies and maximise cost-effectiveness vs campaign metrics


The Profile:

The candidate MUST have:

  • Marketing qualification with 7 years+ experience in marketing (retail experience beneficial)
  • Strong customer marketing skills, including ATL advertising
  • Excellent communication skills, candidates must be good influencers and collaborator
  • Be a decisive maker and problem solver
  • Lateral thinker with strong creative judgement
