Ideal candidate will be coming form Freight/Transportation/Distributions sight of business. Will be able to demonstrate an outstanding service at all times.
This person must have at least 3 years Customer Service Supervisory experience.
Fluency in one of the following languages would be an advantage: German, Spanish, French or Italian.
Key responsibilities:
· Supervising and coordinating customer services staff to provide outstanding customer experience
· Interacting/teaming with operations support (Distribution, Planning, Manufacturing and Finance) to resolve customer issues relating to order & services management.
· Providing structured feedback on a daily basis to the team on outstanding and emerging issues
· Process Improvement initiatives
Salary is negotiable with experience. This role is a maternity contract.
Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical industry is an advantage but not necessary.
