Technical Trainer
Applications are sought for the post of Technical Trainer to be based in Cork. This role will take ownership for all technical and soft skills training on site for our client’s Business Process Outsourcing services
Training responsibilities include:
  • Technical Training
  • Customer Service training (soft skills)
  • Word Processing, Excel
  • Relevant selling experience
Job responsibilities include:
  • Third level qualification in a business discipline or similiar
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, self motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
