A Leading Mutinational company requires a Senior HR Generalist for its busy operations in Cork.
Duties:
Targets appropriate resources, gathers and analyzes data and makes recommendations relative to assigned projects.
May coordinate smaller scale projects within the functional specialty.
Works closely with HR Operations team to ensure consistent support of the business. Participates in planning for and implementation of HR programs and systems.
Develops operating plans, procedures, processes and supporting documentation in assigned function.
Interprets and communicates relevant policy and program information to employees and managers through personal consultation, development of written materials and presentations.
Anticipates and diagnoses basic issues and problems, and presents them with alternative solutions to management for guidance or resolution. Coach/Counsel employees and managers in the area of employee relations.
• Performs technical and administrative coordination tasks acting as required on existing or new information.
• Drives best practice in employee development and talent management within assigned function.
