Account Recruiter required for a leading Irish owned company expanding its dynamic sales team due to continued success in the market place

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, Head of Sales, the successful candidates will be responsible for development and maintenance of the sales division

Role/Opportunity

  • Recruit new members into this fast paced team
  • Co-ordinate the activities of the development team.
  • Advise and support the retailer in all aspects of the business.
  • Advise on all aspects of Central Billing / Central Distribution.
  • Inform retailers of promotions, new products special offers etc.
  • Ensure all financial details are adhered to.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is signed by both the company and the Store Owner.
  • Increase participation within the stores
  • Monitor the growth within the stores and review it when necessary
  • Maintain standards within the stores and audit regularly
  • Review HACCP & advise retailer when required
  • Communicate any news from within the company i.e. new signings, new appointments etc.


Skills/Experience

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role in the Grocery/ Symbol Sector.
  • Previous retail management experience in the grocery sector
  • A full clean drives license
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills- both written and oral.
  • Be highly motivated; possess excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Be Systems Oriented.
  • Team player. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages such as Excel & Powerpoint.
