Our client is planning to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Europe(based out of Dublin) to deliver services to European customers which will be similar or identical to those currently being provided by the US arm of the company.The services can most generally be described as the origination and termination of VOIP communication traffic. Our client intends to operated its European facility as a completely seperate entity with its own accounting,banking, engineering and support personnel. The initial staff in Dublin will be comprised of a general manager, an engineer, a technical support operator an administrative person and an accountanat.
