Claims Executive – French
RESPONSIBILITIES
International Claims:
1. Assess and process international claims within the portfolio according to relevant policy terms and conditions.
2. Process and decision claims over the delegation for all international business
Customer Service:
1. Manage day to day customer relations with Third Party Administrators and Finance Partners
2. Ensure 24 hour turnaround in all claims processing
3. Implement the Clear to Zero claims process – zero balance every Friday.
International Subscriptions:
1. Review medical questionnaire when required and have the ability to make decisions within authority limit.
2. Refer all cases above your authority, with a recommendation, for sign-off by the Claims Supervisor and/or Administration and Claims Manager.
International Complaints Handling:
1. Log all customer complaints
2. Review the complaint and process same within delegation authority.
Process Review & Process Improvement:
1. Present suggestions for reviewing and updating procedures to the Claims Supervisor and implement any upgrades to procedures as they are signed off.
2. Assisting the Claims Supervisor in ensuring that all training documentation for the department is up to date
PROFILE
1. Education: Preferably third level Education, in administration or business school
2. Experience in claims administration essential
3. Skills & Competencies: Claims handling competencies & Medical U/W
4. Languages: French
5. Travelling to France and other European countries.
