OPERATIONS MANAGER
This busy hotel open all year round is seeking a proactive Manager that is hands on, can decide, implement and bring job tasks to fruition.
Our client is specific in the experience the candidate has for this role.
You will cover all area's of the hotel but mainly focused in the F&B, C&B operations within the hotel.
You will liaise with Heads of Department, Floor Staff and Senior Management Team in managing the day to day operations of the hotel.
You should have attained excellent experience at Management Level in Bars, Restaurants, Banqueting & Financial's.
Experience in Purchasing, Costing's, Portion Control,Stock Taking, P&L, Budgets and GP are all essential for this role
Knowledge in Beverages, Wines and All Foods are essential also.
You should be able to bring new ideas, concepts, control, procedures to the hotel or compliment the existing systems in place.
Experience in Customer Care, Staff Training would be an advantage.
Basically we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager that can bring Results, is a dapper and a polished individual! Are you the person?????
