Our client is seeking to hire a COO. The ideal candidate will manage the full range of day to day operations, including IT systems, that serve all client needs and orovide operational oversight of the organisation. You will execute business strategy, planned capital expenditure and operational strategies to support business growth and profitability. You will work closely with the rest of the executive management team to execute the vision and strategic plan for the future of the company within the global services world. You will oversee the company's organisational development and be a key contributing member to the future direction and growth of the company. You will work closely with partners and suppliers to negotiate and implement contracts and financial arrangements. You will investigate new products, oversee client needs and generally further the company's image, increase its business relationships and foster its growth and expansion. You will create a high performing work environment where employees are engaged in the business and empowered to make decisions. A background in financial services is a pre-requisite.
