Our Client, one of the most successful Irish owned Fashion /Textile and Homewares retailer are currently seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their Stores in Tyrone/Derry/fermanagh.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, successful expanding company who have brought excellent merchandise and value for money to all their stores nationwide.
Role
- Maximising sales by driving sales and service, operations and product through the team
- Control all store costs and minimise all controllable costs
- Recruit high calibre management and staff in line with company recruitment process
- Coach and develop the team
- Store succession plan in place to support future progression and development
- Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis
- Ensure visual merchandising and layout guidelines are adhered to
- Liaise with Branch merchandising teams on all stock issues
- Ensure the retail standards are maintained throughout the store
- Ensure all company guidelines, procedures and policies are implemented and adhered to.
Requirement
- 3-4 years retail fashion management experience within a high profile, high volume store
- Experience in managing, inspiring and leading a large sales team
- A strong understanding for both retail and the fashion industry
- A Proven Sales Track Record
