REGIONAL MANAGER
to support a number of key sites in Dublin City & Leinster region. Candidates must have previous experience in the Healthcare Industry. Reporting into the General Manager, the role will involve the following activities:
· Leading, motivating and developing a team of unit managers to achieve their business goals for sites within the region
· Building and maintaining excellent client relationships within the region by understanding changing requirements over time and respond proactively with solutions that meet the client's needs.
· Reviewing financial and operational performance of the contract with the unit managers on a regular basis and with client as required.
· Ensuring achievement of financial goals for all sites within the region
· Primary responsibility for retention of clients within the region and development of new business in the region.
· Ensuring the highest standards in Health & Safety, Food Safety Standards and Hygiene are maintained at all our on-site facilities within the region.
· Implementing corporate objectives across the region.
Candidates should possess the following skills:
· At least 3 years demonstrated success in an operations management role, with experience of a large site, retail unit or multi site environment.
· Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Demonstrate strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to manage successfully in P&L environments
· Work to tight deadlines and work well using your own initiative
· Demonstrate a strong track record in the catering, retail or hospitality industries. Experience in Hospital /Healthcare industries is preferred by the client!
· Plan and implement sales activities to achieve continuous growth
· Provide us with a proven track record in operations, human resources and health and safety management
· Ideal candidate will have a strong financial and retail focus.
· Excellent IT skills (MS office).
Full driving license is essential.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced front line manager to develop their career working alongside the General Manager of the area.
