Our client seeks to recruit an Engineering Recruiter, for their international markets in the power generation, oil & gas and process industry sectors.
This is an "in-house", permanent position .
Key responsibilities will be as follows:
Source all technical personnel required for the Company's EPC/Construction Management, O&M and Technical Field Service Divisions.
Review resumes, shortlist, interview and reference checking.
Update and maintain Computerised Personnel Database.
Explore new recruitment locations to support Company projects worldwide.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance during assignments.
Address any field operational issues.
Assist other Divisions within the Company, including Logistics, Engineering, Sales/Marketing and Finance.
Interested applicants should preferably have a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical/engineering recruitment, or be an engineering graduate with relevant field experience.
