The candidate would be expected to co-ordinate and lead a number of different project design teams.The candidate will have to demonstrate extensive experience in planning applications, refurbishment, site redevelop. The candidate will be expected to structure and expand the existing development team.
The current portfolio includes a shopping centre, apartment blocks and development sites both in Ireland and abroad. The candidate would need to demonstrate deep knowledge and experience of both project and property management tools and processes. Extensive travel opportunities.
Salary – 65-75k depending on experience
The candidate should have:
· Third level qualifications (beneficial if property related)
· Minimum 5 years project management experience
· Minimum 2 years managerial experience
Project Management Experience Required:
· Development Project Management Experience
· Resource Management & Recruitment experience
· Advanced Planning experience
· Advanced Appraisals/Budget experience
· Status Meetings - Presentation to Board Level
· Irish Projects/International Projects/Polish Projects
· Demonstrations of management of multiple projects in parallel
Team Management
· Management of other team members
· Recruitment experience
· Management of 3rd parties
· Experience of reporting to clients/management?
Applications Skills
· TAZ, Excel, Access, Argos (Circle Developer)
· Demonstration of systems used and process adhered to
· Microsoft Project - Planning
