Vacancy – Office Administrator (part-time)

Location : Central Dublin
Type: Permanent, 20 hours a week

Our client is a leading, global software provider within the engineering sector, delivering solutions and integrated applications on an open platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and demanding work environment, in a brand new Shared Services Centre.
This position will challenge and drive you to perform at your best within a team of talented professionals.

Responsibilities:

· Sufficient processing of all incoming telephone calls
· General reception and registration of guests
· Booking flights, accommodation, taxi’s etc
· Manage Incoming and outgoing post, registered post and couriers
· Organising lunch and beverages for trainings
· Screening expenses and sending them
· Scan and email invoices to Finance
· First point of contact with the landlord
· Managing various facilities contractors including, Cleaning services, coffee machine, vending machine, Stationary suppliers etc)
· Managing the cleaning services. Completing floor checks and cleaning audits to ensure the site is kept to a high standard
· Taking full ownership for stock supplies in the cafeteria and monitoring and ordering stationary supplies to ensure no outages of stationary items
· Adhoc projects and mini projects e.g reservations for team lunches, Christmas parties etc.


Skills Required

· Good organisation skills and previous experience in a similar role
· Service minded
· Good knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office
· Dynamic personality
