The Client:
As high street retailers come our client tops them all. Opening a brand new store on Patrick Street our client is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join their dynamic Fashion team. This company has experienced continuous growth and is very successful in the Fashion Industry. This is a very autonomous role and the successful candidate will take sole responsibility for achieving product category sales targets and margins. You must come from a solid merchandising back ground with extensive Management experience.

*Passion for fashion
*Experience at similar level in leading and motivating staff
*Strong communication / customer service / organisational skills
*Ability to deal with pressurized situations
*Capable of delegating and leading
