HR Manager Hotel Sector

We are seeking a HR professional to join a leading hotel & conference group as a member of the management team.


This is a stand alone HR role , with support from a hr administrator.


This is an exciting role with a large amount of autonomy and responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO the role will require you to complete the following responsibilities:


  • Design and Implementation of all HR policies & procedures

  • Design of the employee handbook

  • Management of the recruitment process

  • Issuing of letters of offer and contracts to new employees

  • Dealing with any grievance, disciplinary issues

  • Providing HR support and coaching to the management team

  • Induction of all new hires and implementation of an induction plan

  • Deal with all ER issues


Key Skills & Experience


  • CIPD qualified with ideally a 3rd level qualification

  • Experience working within a stand alone senior HR role

  • Previous experience at HR Management level

  • Experience working within the hotel sector preferable but not essential

  • Ability to communicate at all levels and work closely with management is essential

  • Results driven individual with a strong track record.
