We have on-going Management vacancies for Deputy, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and Heads of Department in all divisions. We also recruit Financial Controllers, Golf Directors and Facility Managers. We regularly place senior Chefs and Middle Managers in Duty, Assistant and Senior Assistant positions.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Chef de Partie for a busy 3* Hotel in West Cork, Hotel is busy and is open all year round. Role will include responsibility with Head Chef for all Restaurant and Bar food Operations including Special Events and private dining. You will report to the Head Chef and ultimately be responsible with him for all operational procedures, training, team leadership and development etc. Ability to develop and maintain food production, hygiene and service standards is required, ability to nurture excellent guest relations is expected. You will be responsible for all Kitchen specific programmes including stewarding, HACCP programme, Menu Cycles,purchasing and associated financials etc, covering the Head Chef on his time off etc.

Applicants need 3-4 years experience in similar role coming from a large busy 3-4* Hotel with extensive facilities and a proven track record in delivering quality service. Good Management experience in the areas of training, team development, Sales, cost and financial performance and operating standards is required. Applicants ideally need experience in the Irish Hotel Marketplace and must speak Fluent English.
