Our client a leading Commercial Bank wish to employ a Banking Executive for their office based in Dublin city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Irish Bank.
Responsibilities
· To manage a portfolio from the current commercial loan book
· Working as part of a team to prepare credit reports for presentation to a credit committee board
· Working with clients to formulate repayment strategies / loan restructures etc.
· Assist the commercial Banking manager to ensure the loan book is reviewed on a regular basis
· Assess loans and loan re-structures, including thorough research of all credit proposals
· Adhere to all internal compliance procedures
· Monitor rate reviews and review account maintenance
Knowledge / Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in commercial banking
Business Degree and or professional qualification an advantage
An understanding of the residential and commercial property markets in Ireland
Knowledge of regulatory, legislative and auditing standards
