Cash flow management.
Stock Buying,
Stock Control,
Marketing Initiatives & Sales performance
Summary: Require experienced men's retail outlet shop manager (4 years minimum management/assistant mgt).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with owners a must. Experience of stock control systems and a strong track record in buying stck also very important.
Opportunity: The opportunity is to wholly manage a well established men's retail outlet in
a premier Cork county town (proximity to Cork). The manager will be expected to drive all aspects of the day to day running of the
business, including market positioning, stock buying and stock control. The role requires a responsible ambitious driven
individual. In return for these attributes the owners are prepared to offer generous profit share incentives leading to
a meaningful ownership stake in the company overtime.
Targets, operating plan and performance metrics will be discussed with the relevant candidates and clear path of
attainment set out with the chosen individual.
Salary: € 33-36 k. Plus Profit share with a view to partnership long term
