A position of Technical Recruiter has arisen within the Cpl team, working on site with one of our clients.
The Client:
Our client is a successful Multi National Organisation, based in South Dublin.
Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter will include but are not limited to:
-Implement and revise attraction strategies and stay ahead of new innovation
-Use your market knowledge and sourcing skills to engage with active and non – active applicants
-Meet team Key Performance Indicators -Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to issuing contracts.
-Staying within budget, maximizing utilization of sourcing resourcProvide direction to Recruitment Administrators
-Liaise with Managers on compensation packages for candidates
Job Requirements
-The successful candidate must have previous experience of recruiting within a technical space
-Ability to be creative with regards to sourcing techniques
-Deep knowledge regarding specific disciplines and technologies
-Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing such as interview to offer ratios, meeting annual hiring plan and cost per hire targets
